I just bought the subscription to gaana plus, thinking that I would get access to all the songs that were in my playlists. Initially, after subscription, they would not play, but showed up in my playlist. After restarting the app, they do not even show in the playlists. Not worth the money. You never find the song you wanted to listen. Infact they have very few songs. Your downloaded songs will not be always available at later stage. They go and come in the library. It's cheap in price and now it is visible why? Switching to a better app. Maybe Spotify or yt music. Dear User, Thank you for your suggestions. We will try and incorporate them upcoming versions. When you try to cancel your subscription the app doesn't let you do that.
There is no customer service. If you write to their email they advise you to contact via app messaging which is managed by a bot. Overall this is a scam.
